By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, or receiving treatment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Consultations

All aesthetic and advanced treatments require a consultation before treatment.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history, including any medications, allergies, medical conditions, previous procedures, or pregnancies.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and results.

3. Suitability for Treatment

Beautz Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client's best interests.

Treatment recommendations are based on professional assessment and clinical judgment.

4. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary from person to person.

No guarantee can be given regarding the outcome of any treatment.

Results depend on various factors including age, lifestyle, medical history, skin condition, healing response, and compliance with aftercare instructions.

Photographs used for marketing purposes are illustrative examples only and do not guarantee identical outcomes.

 

5. Medical and Aesthetic Risks

All aesthetic procedures carry potential risks, side effects, and complications.

These may include, but are not limited to:

Swelling

Bruising

Tenderness

Temporary discomfort

Pigmentation changes

Infection

Scarring

Unsatisfactory aesthetic outcome

Risks will be discussed during consultation and informed consent will be obtained before treatment.

 

6. Aftercare Responsibilities

Clients agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by their practitioner.

Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect treatment outcomes and may increase the risk of complications.

Beautz Beauty cannot be held responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

 

7. Deposits and Payments

Deposits may be required when booking certain treatments.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by management.

Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been made.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in loss of deposit.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("No Show") may result in the full deposit being retained and future bookings requiring advance payment.

9. Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Complaints should be submitted in writing using our Complaint Form.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and investigate them promptly and fairly.

 

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and beauty services, treatments already performed are generally non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided where expected results differ from personal expectations, provided treatment has been carried out appropriately and professionally.

Any refund or goodwill gesture remains at the discretion of management.

 

11. Children and Guests

For health and safety reasons, children and additional guests should not attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.

12. Personal Belongings

Beautz Beauty accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable Irish and European data protection legislation, including GDPR.

Client information is kept confidential and used only for treatment, administrative, and legal purposes.

 

14. Amendments

Beautz Beauty reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
